Providing technological and empowering services, the most important part in the process of idea to wealth creation

The University of Tehran Science and Technology Park organized an event to introduce technology services, attended by the deputies and managers of the park, the consultants, cores, and technology-based units on Wednesday, September 12th.

Dr. Iraj Allahdadi, the Deputy for Technology Development of the University of Tehran Science and Technology Park, emphasized the vital role of science and technology parks and growth centers in society, stating that within these centers, idea owners and technology and knowledge-based companies engage in a process where a significant part is empowerment, including mentoring, facilitation, etc. The role of science and technology parks and growth centers goes beyond providing workspace.

He proceeded to highlight the need for idea owners and businesses to acquire specific information and skills in various fields such as legal, financial, business, and market research matters for market entry and success, which are provided through empowerment services in the University of Tehran Science and Technology Park.

The Deputy for Technology Development also announced the establishment of an empowerment complex where facilitators and mentors will be present to provide services to technology cores and business owners.

Dr. Maryam Hassanvand, the head of the Commercialization and Specialized Services Department at the University of Tehran Science and Technology Park, expressed that supporting and enabling technological ideas and technology and knowledge-based companies is one of the missions of this institution. She emphasized the design, planning, and provision of various services to technology and innovation ecosystem actors.

She further provided a comprehensive explanation of the services and support offered by the Commercialization and Specialized Services Unit, underscoring the importance of organizing the technology services introduction event.
